The Making of Your Spark (Processing Time)

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to create your piece. Your waist beads are intimately made to order, and we take our time to ensure every detail is perfect. As soon as your order is ready to catch the light, we will send an email with your tracking information.

United States Shipping

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days after processing.
• Express Delivery: Available at checkout for when you just cannot wait.
• The Perks: Tracking is included with every single order. While standard shipping rates apply, we occasionally treat our inner circle to exclusive shipping promotions. Make sure you are on our email list so you never miss a surprise.

Canadian Shipping

• Standard Delivery: 10 to 21 business days after processing.
• The Details: Tracking is always included. Please note that any customs fees or duties are determined by your local border office and will be your responsibility upon arrival.

Playing Hard to Get? (Missing Packages)

We want your pieces on your waist, not lost in transit. If your order has not arrived, please reach out to us so we can help.

• US orders: Contact us within 10 days of your expected delivery date.
• Canadian orders: Contact us within 21 days of your expected delivery date.

We will work closely with you to track down your package or provide a replacement whenever possible.

The Final Details Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
