How do I choose my size?

For our Muse and After Dark collections, check the Size Guide (available on every product page). All clasp sets include an adjustable chain for flexibility. Our Classics are one-size tie-on beads that you adjust to your perfect fit.

Are your waist beads adjustable?

Yes. Muse and After Dark sets feature clasp closures with adjustable chains. Classics are tie-on, allowing you to customize the fit based on your preferred placement.

What if I'm between sizes?

We recommend sizing up for comfort. The adjustable chain on our Muse and After Dark sets ensures a flexible, comfortable fit.

Personalization

Can I personalize my beads?

Yes. Muse and After Dark pieces can be personalized with initials, names, or meaningful words. Personalization costs $8–$12 depending on complexity.

What can I add for personalization?

You can add letters, initials (like “JM”), names, or intimate words (such as “beloved,” “amor,” “mine”). We recommend keeping personalization under 15 characters.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

No. Because each piece is handcrafted immediately after the order is placed, personalization details cannot be changed. Please double-check your text before completing checkout.

Étincelle Classiques (Tie-On)

The "Forever Wear" Approach
Your Etincelle classiques beads are crafted to be worn permanently as an extension of you. They are fully shower-safe and designed to be slept in comfortably. To maintain their shine, pat them dry after bathing.

When applying body products, gently lift the strands to moisturize the skin beneath them. When first tying your beads, ensure you leave a small amount of slack so they can move freely with your body throughout the day.

Muse & After Dark (Clasp Sets)

  • 💧 Water: Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • 🧴 Products: Avoid lotions, perfumes, oils, and harsh chemicals
  • 🔗 Clasp: Handle gently when putting on or removing
  • 👜 Storage: Store in the included pouch when not wearing
  • 💤 Sleeping: Can be worn while sleeping; remove if uncomfortable

Can I wear my beads in water?

Classics can handle light water exposure; pat them dry afterward. Muse and After Dark sets should be removed before showering or swimming to protect the clasp and finish.

Can I sleep in my waist beads?

Yes. Many customers wear their beads 24/7. If your clasp set feels uncomfortable while sleeping, feel free to remove it.

What if my beads break?

We do not offer repairs. To avoid breakage, please handle your beads gently and follow our care instructions.

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for creation, plus 2–4 business days for U.S. shipping or 10–21 days for international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10–21 business days. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Do you accept returns?

Because waist beads are intimate, handcrafted items, all sales are final once your piece is made. We accept returns or offer replacements only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Please review your sizing and personalization carefully before ordering.
