We want your Étincelle pieces to make you feel absolutely incredible. Because our waist beads are deeply intimate and handcrafted just for you, all sales are final once your order is created. Please review your sizing and personalization details closely before claiming your spark.
The 24-Hour Window
We know that sparks fly fast. If you place an order and suddenly need to adjust your sizing, update a personalized detail, or simply change your mind, you have exactly 24 hours to let us know.
Please email us at hello@etincellecollection.com within this window. We will flawlessly update your details or cancel your order before our crafting process begins. Once those 24 hours have passed, your piece goes into production and all sales become final.
When We Step In We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. We will gladly step in and make things right if your item arrives with a rare manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong piece or size.

What We Cannot Accept
To maintain the intimate, pristine nature of our pieces for all of our Muses, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Sizing issues, unless we sent the incorrect size.
- Pieces that have been tied, worn, or altered.
- A simple change of mind.
- Personalization errors submitted incorrectly at checkout.
